The shrimp looked beautiful in the case. Got home and opened the package and the smell of rotten who-knows-what and bleach filled the room, if not the house. I would strongly advise anyone buying any kind of seafood to ask to smell it before getting it bagged. Worst of all, there is absolutely no way the person handling that shrimp did not know its condition. Absolutely disgusting. Into the garbage it went.

I love me a breakfast biscuit. I get a sausage or bacon egg and cheese biscuit to eat now. I'll pick up a chicken egg and cheese biscuit for lunch if I didn't have time to make something. THEY ARE DELICIOUS. This store has so much. Baked goods, meats, sauces, veggies, fruit, and even decorating home items. Great place to find something special and unique. The staff is spectacular too.

I could talk all day about this place… it is near possible to not stop here when you were driving to Athens. We always get their barbecue and tonight I get their fried catfish. The catfish was amazing every Friday night is fish night. I love the outdoor seats and all the things they sell in the store. They cut all their meat right there in front of you and offer a mini buffet each night.

Don't get me wrong. I love this store, but just about everything in there is over priced. just take a look at their gas prices when you drive by, I appreciate that everything comes from Georgia and I appreciate that. probably cost more but there are other places that provide the same services not too far away for much less money their breakfast sausages to die for I will give them that, and their pulled pork barbecues delicious too. but get ready to pay $ 20 bucks for the 1.7 lb about the same price. you can get going to a restaurant that specializes and nothing but barbecue......... The one thing I can say is I appreciate their support of local Georgia businesses. Value 2/5 Quality 4.5/5 Gas prices 1.5/5 Breakfast sausage 5/5, If you're brave enough, try the hot sausage, but it is hot, you might want to get a equal amount of medium to mix it with if you're not ready for that level of hot!!

We stopped at the Perry location on Thursday, April 2nd just a little before closing. We had such excellent service from the young lady behind the checkout counter! She was so very kind in spite of a very busy time at the store, offered a smile, excellent customer service, and even an extra jerky treat that was completely unexpected but so very yummy! I wish we could have caught her name to thank her directly. We always stop at the Perry location for outstanding meat, sausage, jerky, sauces, amazing breakfast sandwiches, and a fresh bottle of Coke! Always amazing customer service, food, and the best stop on I-75! (Skip the giant Castor canadensis' gas station a few miles north and stop at Stripling's!)
